OutletBali is an independent luxury concierge and information platform for Bali, operated by Juara Holding Group, whose brands have served travelers across Indonesia since 2015. This page tells you everything about OutletBali: who owns the site, why we built it, how we verify what we publish, who edits it, and how one WhatsApp thread to our desk replaces the ten vendors a high-end Bali trip usually requires.
About OutletBali and Juara Holding Group
OutletBali is published by Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian group founded in 2015 that operates travel, transport, marine, and media companies across the archipelago. The platform has two jobs. First, it documents Bali’s high-end landscape — shopping and the incoming Grand Outlet, hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, villa areas, international schools, golf, and marinas — with facts we check ourselves. Second, it runs a working concierge desk: one conversation that plans and books an entire Bali program from the moment your aircraft door opens.
Every service we describe as “arranged through our desk” is delivered by one of the group’s operating brands. These are real companies with their own fleets, licenses, crews, and staff — not a referral list we skim a margin from:
OutletBali sits on top of this group as the Bali-facing editorial layer and single point of contact. You read the guide, you message one number, and the relevant brand executes under one coordinated plan.
Why we built one desk instead of ten vendors
The gap we kept seeing in Bali was coordination, not supply. The island already has excellent cars, villas, chefs, boats, and security teams. What it lacked was a single operator accountable for the whole trip. A typical high-end visitor stitches it together alone: one vendor for the airport, another for the car, a third for restaurant tables, a fourth for the yacht week, a fifth for a security detail, plus a villa agent, a visa consultant, and whoever handles the anniversary flowers. Every handoff is a new chat thread, a new deposit, and a new stranger holding a copy of your itinerary.
OutletBali collapses that into one desk. Because the operating brands sit inside one group, our coordinators share a single calendar for your trip: the fast-track officer knows which car is waiting curbside, the driver knows the dinner reservation time, and the security lead knows the villa address before you do. When plans change at 4 p.m., one message re-sequences the entire evening. The model is laid out step by step on our how it works page.
There is a second, quieter benefit: discretion. Fewer vendors means fewer people who know your name, your movements, and your children’s school run. For family offices, public figures, and executives, that alone justifies the single-desk structure.
What our concierge desk arranges
Our written guides and our bookable services deliberately cover the same ground. The desk plans VIP shopping days across Bali’s malls, boutiques, and duty-free floors — including advance planning for The Grand Outlet – Kura Kura Bali ahead of its reported opening date of 31 July 2026, covered in depth in our Grand Outlet guide. Around the shopping core, we arrange chauffeured luxury cars, airport fast-track on arrival and departure, restaurant tables at Bali’s leading kitchens, beach club daybeds and VIP tables, private yacht charters from Bali to Komodo and Raja Ampat, helicopter transfers, personal and event security, and villa-area orientation for families comparing neighborhoods and international schools.
Pricing is quoted per request over WhatsApp, because fleet availability, dates, and group size move the numbers. We would rather quote you accurately in one message than publish a rate card that is wrong by Friday.
Bali in 2026: why independence matters now
Bali’s luxury map is being redrawn this year. The Grand Outlet – Kura Kura Bali — a joint venture between Mitsubishi Estate and PT Bali Turtle Island Development, with reported investment of around US$100 million — is nearing completion on Serangan Island, about fifteen minutes from the airport, with roughly 29,000 square meters of leasable space across some 150 stores. The surrounding Kura Kura Bali special economic zone has been earmarked for a financial center under government plans announced in 2026, and a marina with capacity for roughly 146 yachts is under construction. Money on that scale attracts a wave of new venues — and a wave of paid “best of Bali” lists to promote them.
An independent platform matters precisely because of that money flow. Our coverage of the outlet, the malls it will compete with, and the island’s hotels and restaurants is not sponsored by any of them. That independence is what lets us tell you plainly when something is unconfirmed — the Grand Outlet’s official brand roster, for example, has not yet been announced — instead of dressing rumor up as fact.
Our editorial standards
Facts are verified and re-checked weekly. Opening dates, store counts, and venue statuses in fast-moving stories — the Grand Outlet build-out being the obvious example — are reviewed against primary reporting every week. Dates we cannot yet verify on the ground are attributed, which is why we write “reported opening date of 31 July 2026” rather than stating it as settled.
Venues do not pay to be listed. No hotel, restaurant, beach club, school, mall, or golf club has paid for placement on OutletBali, and positions in our guides are never sold. Our revenue comes from concierge services booked through our group’s operating brands — not from the venues we cover. That separation is deliberate and permanent.
We do not invent numbers. You will not find fabricated discount percentages, promo codes, review scores, ratings, or awards on this site. Where a reliable figure does not exist, we say so or leave it out. We also never cite Michelin stars for Bali restaurants, because no Michelin guide covers Bali as of 2026 — any site telling you otherwise is guessing.
An accountable desk signs off on coverage. Every guide is reviewed before publication by our editorial desk, which is organized around four beats: shopping and retail, hospitality, dining and nightlife, and family living. Corrections go through the desk, on the record, via the contact channels listed below.
Disclaimer
OutletBali is an independent concierge platform and is not affiliated with The Grand Outlet – Kura Kura Bali, Mitsubishi Estate, or BTID. The same applies across the site: we are not partners, agents, or representatives of any hotel, restaurant, beach club, mall, school, golf club, or marina we list, and all trademarks, venue names, and brand names belong to their respective owners. Coverage on OutletBali never implies endorsement by, or a commercial relationship with, the venue covered.
Information on this site is editorial, not advice. Nothing here constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or immigration advice. Details such as opening dates, store line-ups, and operating hours can change without notice, and time-sensitive facts are attributed to their sources. Verify anything material with the venue or the relevant authority before committing — or ask our desk and we will confirm current status for you.
Services arranged through our desk are fulfilled by Juara Holding Group operating brands under their own written terms, which we share before any booking is confirmed. We never take payment on behalf of third-party venues.
How to reach us
One channel pair reaches every service and every editor: WhatsApp +62 811-3941-4563 and bd@juaraholding.com. These are the only official OutletBali contact points — we do not take bookings through venue phone numbers or social media direct messages. For corrections, send the page URL and the fact in question; verified corrections are published within the weekly review cycle.
Questions about OutletBali
Is OutletBali the official website of The Grand Outlet – Kura Kura Bali?
No. OutletBali is an independent platform with no affiliation to The Grand Outlet, Mitsubishi Estate, or BTID. We cover the project journalistically and arrange transport, shopping assistance, and full itineraries around it through our group’s operating brands. For official announcements, rely on the developer’s own channels; for planning your visit, our desk is ready now.
Do venues pay to appear on OutletBali?
No. No venue has paid for placement, and rankings are never sold. We earn revenue when clients book concierge services — cars, fast-track, charters, security, shopping programs — through Juara Holding Group’s operating brands. The editorial side and the revenue side are kept structurally separate.
Who actually delivers the services OutletBali arranges?
Four operating brands within Juara Holding Group: Bali Premium Trip (chauffeured cars, airport fast-track, helicopters, security, visas, medical concierge), Komodo Luxury (yacht and phinisi charters), IndonesiaJuara Trip (island expeditions), and Juara Production (media and creative work). Each operates its own fleet and staff; our desk coordinates them under one plan.
How current is the information on this site?
Facts are verified and updated on a weekly cycle, with extra attention on fast-moving stories such as the Grand Outlet opening. Where a fact cannot yet be independently confirmed, we attribute it to its source rather than stating it flatly. If you spot an error, email us the URL and we will review it in the next cycle.
Does OutletBali charge a fee for concierge planning?
Planning starts with a WhatsApp conversation at no obligation. Rates for cars, charters, security, shopping programs, and other services are quoted on request, in writing, before anything is confirmed — availability, dates, and group size all move the numbers, so we quote each trip individually rather than publishing generic prices.
Can I use OutletBali for a single service rather than a full trip?
Yes. Plenty of clients book one item — an airport pickup, a single shopping day, one dinner reservation run. There is no minimum program. Operational details on bookings, changes, and lead times are answered on our full FAQ page.
