No. OutletBali is an independent directory and concierge platform operated within Juara Holding Group. We are not affiliated with The Grand Outlet, Kura Kura Bali, Mitsubishi Estate or BTID. We cover the mall editorially and arrange transport and shopping support around it.
When did The Grand Outlet open, and where is it?
It opened on 31 July 2026 on Serangan Island, inside the Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone. The site is about fifteen minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport, between Nusa Dua and Sanur.
Which brands are in the outlet?
The official store list has not been published. The developers describe about 150 stores built around roughly 100 premier brands. Our brand tracker is updated as names are confirmed, and nothing appears there until it can be verified.
How do your rates work?
Rates on request via WhatsApp. Send your dates, party size and what you want to do, and the desk replies with a concrete quote and a same-day plan. We publish no invented discounts or promo codes.
Do you only arrange shopping?
No. Shopping is the front door. Behind it sits a full concierge operation: chauffeured cars, airport fast-track, yacht and phinisi charters to Komodo and Raja Ampat, nightlife tables with security, school visits and investor support.
