Drive times from every pickup area
Serangan connects by a short causeway off the east-coast bypass, the corridor linking the airport, Nusa Dua, Denpasar and Sanur. That is why the airport run is so short. Ranges assume normal daytime traffic.
Treat these as planning ranges rather than promises. Bali traffic changes by the hour, and we watch conditions on the day so your pickup time matches reality. If you have a fixed slot, a dinner table or a flight, tell us and we plan the run backwards from it.
The fleet
What we send, and when
Every transfer runs through our group brands, operating in Bali since 2015, so the car that arrives comes off a maintained fleet with a professional English-speaking driver rather than a marketplace lottery.
Alphard or Vellfire
The default for a shopping day: captain seats, cold cabin, genuine boot space for bags. HiAce Premio for larger groups.
Premium sedan
BMW 3 and 4 Series for couples or solo travellers who prefer a lower, quieter ride.
Luxury SUV
Mercedes GLS 450 or Range Rover Evoque when you want presence and ground clearance in one car.
Electric
Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Denza D9 for shorter runs such as Sanur or the airport.
Statement cars
A Rolls-Royce Ghost and other marques, for arrivals that are meant to be noticed.
Child seats on request. Tell us your children's ages when you book so we fit the right seat, subject to availability on the date. The Alphard and Vellfire take them without losing luggage space.
Three ways to book the car
Which one is right depends entirely on how long you plan to stay on Serangan.
- One-way drop Simplest
- We take you there and you arrange the rest separately. Cheapest, but you need a return plan: the outlet sits on an island reached by one causeway, and on-demand rides at closing time are not something we would stake an evening on.
- Wait and return Recommended
- The chauffeur stays with the vehicle, keeps earlier purchases and luggage secured, and meets you at the pickup point the moment you message. Two to four hours covers a focused visit.
- Full-day chauffeur Most flexible
- The car and driver are yours from morning to night: outlet in the morning, lunch in Sanur or Nusa Dua, a beach club or dinner after. For several days of your stay, a private driver is the better structure than booking transfer by transfer.
Straight from the aircraft
Because the site sits about fifteen minutes from Ngurah Rai, a run directly from arrivals is realistic even on a same-day schedule. We meet you at the airport, load the luggage, and you are browsing before your villa check-in time.

- Pair it with VIP fast-track and you clear immigration with an escort, which matters at peak landing hours.
- On departure
- A final stop en route to DPS adds little distance. We plan it with a hard leave-by time from your flight, and the chauffeur holds you to it.

How long is the drive from the airport?
The developer places the site about fifteen minutes from Ngurah Rai. We plan for fifteen to twenty-five so that peak-hour traffic on the bypass does not throw off the rest of your schedule.
Can the driver wait while we shop?
Yes, and it is our most requested pattern. The chauffeur stays with the vehicle, keeps bags and earlier purchases secured, and meets you at the pickup point when you message. There is no fixed cap on waiting time.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request. Give us your children's ages when you book and we fit the appropriate seat, subject to availability on your date. The Alphard and Vellfire take them without sacrificing luggage space.
Which vehicle suits a family with luggage?
The Alphard or Vellfire. Captain seats for the adults, room for child seats, and a boot that takes both suitcases and shopping bags. Groups of six or more move up to the HiAce Premio.
How much does a transfer cost?
Rates are on request via WhatsApp. Pricing depends on the pickup area, the vehicle class, and whether you want a drop-off, wait-and-return, or a full-day chauffeur. Send the details and we quote the same day.
Is the outlet open?
Yes. It opened on 31 July 2026. Large retail projects open in phases, so some units may still be fitting out. We confirm the current picture when you book.
