What the day includes

Door-to-door chauffeur
An Alphard or Vellfire for families, a premium sedan for couples, with the driver on standby for the whole booking.

English and Indonesian, walking the floors with you, checking sizes and stock and keeping the day moving.
Hands-free packages
Bags go from the register to the vehicle. You carry nothing between stores.

We reserve lunch somewhere that fits the day rather than somewhere that fits a template.

Back to your hotel or villa, or straight to the terminal if you are flying out the same day.
Which format fits your base
Distance decides the format, not preference. A pickup in Nusa Dua and one in Canggu are different days whatever you book.

- Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud or Uluwatu. Unhurried shopping and a long lunch.

From Nusa Dua
Half day, 20 to 30 min drive
Pickup at The St. Regis, The Mulia or The Apurva Kempinski at 10:00. Two focused hours on the floors with your shopper, then a booked table at Kayuputi on the return leg. Back at your resort by mid-afternoon.

From Seminyak
Full day, 45 to 60 min drive
Pickup at 09:30 from The Legian or a Petitenget villa. Three hours at the outlet, a late lunch either near the venue or back in Seminyak, and a return by early evening. We can hold a dinner table instead if you want the evening kept.

From an Uluwatu villa
Full day, about an hour
Pickup at 09:00 from Pecatu or the Bulgari area. An extended session at the outlet, lunch in Nusa Dua on the way back, and an optional stop at a golf club or beach club before the final leg up the hill.

On the day
The driver arrives ten minutes early, the shopper meets you at the entrance, and the day ends wherever you want it to.
Rates are on request via WhatsApp. There are no published fixed prices because the pickup point, the vehicle and the format change the arithmetic. Lunch is billed by the restaurant unless you ask us to package it.
Tour questions
How far ahead should I book?
Forty-eight hours is comfortable for most dates. Same-day requests often work for Nusa Dua and Sanur pickups because the drive is short, but vehicle choice narrows at short notice. For peak season, book as soon as your dates are fixed.
Can you collect from any hotel or villa?
Yes, anywhere on the island, including gated communities such as Sawangan. Distance only changes the recommended format: southern and eastern start points suit a half day, while Canggu, Ubud and the Bukit work better as full days.
Can we combine the tour with our departure flight?
Yes, and it is one of the smartest ways to use the venue. The outlet is about fifteen minutes from Ngurah Rai, so a departure-day tour ends at the terminal with luggage riding in the vehicle throughout. Airport fast-track can be added to the same booking.
How much does it cost?
Rates are on request via WhatsApp. The price depends on your pickup point, the vehicle, the half or full day format, and any add-ons such as fast-track or a second vehicle.
Is the personal shopper included or an add-on?
Standard, not an extra. If you would rather have a driver-only day without the shopper, that is a different product and our transfer page covers it.
Which brands will we be shopping?
The official store list has not been announced. The developer describes around 150 stores and about 100 premier brands. Message us and we will send the lineup the moment it goes public.
