About the desk
Contact the desk
WhatsApp for anything happening this week, email for anything you want in writing. Both reach the same people, and neither goes into a ticket queue.

How to reach us
- +62 811 2859 0000. The fastest route and the one to use for anything this week. English or Indonesian, and it is a person rather than a bot
- sales@balipremiumtrip.com. Better for detailed briefs, itineraries and anything you want a written reply to keep
- Hours
- The desk works to WITA, UTC+8. Messages sent during the Bali day are normally answered the same day; anything sent overnight from Europe or the Americas is answered the following Bali morning
- What we are
- An independent shopping directory and concierge desk, part of Juara Holding Group since 2015. Not affiliated with The Grand Outlet, Kura Kura Bali, Mitsubishi Estate, BTID, or any venue listed on this site, and no venue pays for placement
Before you write
What to put in the first message
These four lines turn a general reply into a booked plan, and save a round trip. The right-hand column is not a refusal, it is what we hand to somebody better placed.
Tell us this
- What you want arranged: a transfer, a shopping day, a personal shopper, a charter
- Your dates, and how firm they are
- Party size, and whether that includes children
- Where you are staying, or which airport and terminal
- Anything specific you are hunting for, so we can check the floor before you travel
- A correction to anything published here, with a source if you have one
We will point you elsewhere for
- Anything a venue itself has not published, such as an unconfirmed store list
- Visa, residency and tax questions, which go to a licensed specialist
- Property title and company formation
- Medical, legal or financial advice of any kind
We introduce those specialists; they engage with you and invoice you directly. That separation is the point of an independent desk, and it is set out in full on the about page.
Send the plan, not the enquiry
Dates, party size, and what you want to get done. A message with those three gets a workable itinerary back; one without them gets a reply asking for them.
