Our rating is an opinion, not a measurement. It weighs how easily you reach the door, whether the tenant list is real and checkable, whether prices are marked, how much English is spoken on the floor, and how much of a day the place actually fills.
Seven, not nine, and the missing tenant list is the whole reason. Under the criteria above, a venue nobody can tell you the contents of loses a mark however new the building is.
What it actually is
A large, new, premium-leaning mall on the Sanur beachfront, and the least documented building in this guide.
On the Sanur waterfront
Direct access to the promenade, and ocean views from parts of the building. Sanur is calmer than Kuta, and the mall reflects that.
Large, but not 20 hectares
About 88,000 square metres of floor space over several levels. The claim circulating that this is Southeast Asia's largest beachfront mall is not supported by any figure we can find.
Nobody publishes the tenants
Two years after opening there is still no directory. Every guide describing it, including the source for this page, falls back on categories.
Sanur first, visitors second
Its natural catchment is Sanur and east Denpasar. From Kuta or Seminyak it is a deliberate trip rather than a convenient one.

What is inside
No tenant has been named in any source we have, including the mall's own coverage. What follows is facilities and categories, and nothing more.

This is the largest gap in the guide. If a specific shop is the reason you would drive to Sanur, message the desk and we check the floor before you commit an afternoon to it.
Getting there
Sanur sits on the other side of Denpasar from the Kuta corridor, and every journey here reflects that.
Sanur
- Drive time
- Walk or 5 minutes
- Notes
- On Danau Tamblingan, the main street
Ngurah Rai airport
- Drive time
- About 25 minutes
- Notes
- Bypass most of the way
Nusa Dua
- Drive time
- 25 to 40 minutes
- Notes
- Toll road, then the bypass
Seminyak
- Drive time
- 30 to 45 minutes
- Notes
- About 15 to 20 km, across Denpasar
Ubud
- Drive time
- 60 to 90 minutes
- Notes
- A driver for the day, not a taxi
From Kuta or Seminyak this is the longest mall run in the guide after Plaza Renon. If you are not already east of Denpasar, it needs a reason beyond curiosity.
Who it is right for
Easy to recommend if you are in Sanur, hard to recommend from anywhere else until somebody publishes what is inside it.
Go if you want
- To be in Sanur If you are staying east of Denpasar this is your mall, and it is a good one for the district.
- A new building Opened in 2024, and the newest major retail floor on the island by a clear margin.
- The waterfront Direct access to the Sanur promenade, with restaurants that look at the water.
- Calm Sanur is quieter than Kuta at every hour, and the mall inherits that.
Go elsewhere if you want
- A specific shop Nobody publishes the tenant list, so nothing can be confirmed before you set out.
- Luxury houses Premium to mid, by its own description. T Galleria is where the luxury floor is.
- A short trip Thirty to forty-five minutes from Seminyak, across Denpasar, each way.
- To haggle Prices are fixed and marked. The art markets are where bargaining belongs.
Icon Bali questions
Compare the mallsWhich brands are inside?
We do not know, and no published source names a single one. Two years after opening there is still no tenant directory. We would rather tell you that than print a plausible list.
Is it the largest beachfront mall in Southeast Asia?
That claim circulates and we cannot support it. The figure attached to this venue is about 88,000 square metres of floor space, which is nothing like the 20 hectares the claim implies.
When did it open?
In 2024. Sources vary between early 2024 and the second quarter, so the year is all we will state.
How far is it from Seminyak?
Thirty to forty-five minutes, roughly 15 to 20 kilometres, crossing Denpasar. From Nusa Dua it is 25 to 40 minutes and from the airport about 25.
Is there duty-free?
No. Everything carries local tax. T Galleria by DFS on the Bypass Ngurah Rai is the only dedicated duty-free floor in Bali.

We will check the floor before you drive
This is the one venue in the guide where we cannot tell you what is inside from a desk. If a specific shop is the reason for the trip, ask and we will find out first.
