Open since 2012 and still the default answer in Kuta, mostly because of where it sits and how it is built.
It faces the beach
The frontage runs along Jalan Pantai Kuta with the sand directly opposite, so the mall and the beach are one afternoon rather than two decisions.
Open-air, not enclosed
Low buildings, planting and water between them, and shade instead of a sealed box. Pleasant in the dry season, and worth knowing about in January.
The chains are all here
Over 200 tenants, with Zara, H&M and Sogo anchoring it. If you want brands you already know and sizes you can try on, this is the deepest floor in Kuta.

The Seminyak and Nusa Dua fares are taken from Discovery Shopping Mall, a kilometre away on Kartika Plaza and effectively the same journey. Where no figure has been published we say what to do instead of guessing at one. All of these roughly double between four and seven in the afternoon.
Who it is right for
It is the most obvious mall in Bali, and obvious is right for some trips and wrong for others.
Go if you want

- The beach in the same trip The sand is directly opposite. Shops in the afternoon, sunset across the road.
- Somewhere to eat Over fifty food and drink outlets, so nobody has to agree on one place.
- Step-free access Ramps and lifts throughout, which is not true of every mall on this list.
Go elsewhere if you want
- Duty-free None here. T Galleria on the bypass is the only tax-exempt floor in Bali.
- Balinese craft Almost none. Ubud studios and the art markets are where that lives.
- Quiet This is central Kuta at its busiest. Plaza Renon in Denpasar is the calm version.
- Air conditioning It is open-air by design. In the wet season that is a real consideration.

Compare the mallsHow long does it take to walk?
Two to three hours to see it properly across the three levels, and a full afternoon if you stop to eat. It is larger than it looks from the road.
Is it air-conditioned?
No. It is open-air by design, with shade and planting rather than a sealed envelope. Individual shops are cooled, the concourse is not.
What about parking?
Underground, for cars and motorbikes, charged by the hour and payable in cash or by e-money. It fills from the middle of the day, so ride-hailing is often the easier answer.
Can I get to the beach from the mall?
Yes. The frontage faces Jalan Pantai Kuta with the sand directly across the road, which is the main reason to choose this mall over any other in the district.
Is it cheaper than at home?
Generally not. These are the same international chains at Indonesian retail with local tax included. Prices are fixed and marked, so there is nothing to negotiate either way.
