Our rating is an opinion, not a measurement. It weighs how easily you reach the door, whether the tenant list is real and checkable, whether prices are marked, how much English is spoken on the floor, and how much of a day the place actually fills.
The proximity to the terminal is the whole argument for this mall. Nothing else in the guide is close enough to fit into the gap before a flight.
What it actually is
A modest, practical mall in Tuban that exists mostly because of where it sits, which turns out to be reason enough.
Ten minutes from the gate
About two kilometres north of Ngurah Rai. It is the only mall in this guide that works as a stop between a hotel checkout and a late flight.
Built for families
A cinema, play zones and an arcade alongside the shops. The reason local families come on a weekday evening.
Budget to mid, honestly
No designer labels and no pretence of them. Affordable fashion, essentials, and food priced for people who live in Tuban.
Two hours, not a day
Over sixty outlets rather than two hundred. Most visitors are done inside two to three hours, which suits what it is for.

What is inside
Over sixty outlets. The source names seven of them, and we are not going to invent the rest.

Central Kuta
- Drive time

- Notes
- Traffic on the beach road decides it
Seminyak

- Notes
- Ride-hail quotes the fare before you book
Nusa Dua
- Drive time
- 25 to 40 minutes
- Notes
- Toll road most of the way
Under ten minutes assumes ordinary traffic. The airport road backs up around the main arrival and departure waves, so leave more than the map suggests.
Who it is right for
A small mall with one enormous advantage. Whether that advantage matters depends entirely on your flight time.
Go if you want
- To fill the last hours Checked out, flight in the evening, nowhere to be. Ten minutes from the terminal with air conditioning and food.
- Gifts at real prices The supermarket sells coffee, snacks and chocolate for a fraction of what the terminal charges.
- A cinema with children Cinema, arcade and play zones in one modest building, without a trip inland.
- To stay in Tuban If your hotel is on Jalan Raya Tuban, this is the mall you can walk to.
Go elsewhere if you want
- Brands Sixty-odd outlets and no international fashion. Beachwalk is fifteen minutes away and has them.
- Duty-free None here. T Galleria on the bypass is the only tax-exempt floor in Bali.
- Balinese craft Not the place. Krisna is on the same bypass and is built for exactly this.
- A destination It is a convenience, not an outing. Nobody should cross the island for it.
Park 23 questions
Compare the mallsHow close is the airport really?
About two kilometres, or under ten minutes in ordinary traffic. Allow more around the main arrival and departure waves, when the airport road backs up.
Is it worth a special trip?
No, and we would rather say so. It is a convenience mall. The reason to come is that you are already in Tuban or waiting on a flight.
Are there luxury brands?
No. The tier is budget to mid throughout. For designer labels the answer is Seminyak, and for duty-free it is T Galleria on the bypass.
Is it good with children?
Yes, for a couple of hours. Cinema, arcade and play zones, plus casual food, in a building small enough that nobody gets lost.
How long do people stay?
Two to three hours is typical, which matches what there is to do. Over sixty outlets does not stretch to a full day.

The gap between checkout and check-in
Rooms empty at noon and evening flights leave nine hours later. A driver, a bag store and this mall turns the worst part of a departure day into an ordinary afternoon.
